Today, I invited my elderly mother to come stay with my husband and I during this outbreak, just until everything calms down. She declined because we said she couldn’t bring her boyfriend. Her boyfriend is a 34 year-old leech who's been living off her for over a year. She refuses to change her mind. FML

Today, my mom threatened to kick me out for asking if I could skip church for the next few weeks, because, you know, I have Covid and have been told to isolate for ten days, which obviously includes two Sundays. The woman would rather I infect her congregation than let me stay in bed while sick. FML

Trust me, she isn't receiving sex. She's receiving a false companionship, and as someone who's grandpa also fell for the same scam with a younger woman (He never received anything sexual from her, always excuses) It's the loneliness that keeps them hanging onto the leech. It's actually VERY sad and very difficult to deal with. I'm so sorry OP, It's almost impossible to reason with them.

I don't trust you on this one. I'm sorry your grandpa got screwed (figuratively speaking only), but the whole sugar daddy/momma thing wouldn't exist if they got consistently ****-blocked by their "baby." It's highly likely that the baby would grind through the sex as a means to an end, a few might actually like it, but I can't imagine one could completely avoid it.
