Today, I ate one Benefiber gummy and spent half the day and good chunk of the night in misery with an upset stomach, where it felt like a lump was in it, as well as aggressive and painful gas, and painful diarrhea. FML

Xylitol and glycol in certain quantities is an alcohol commonly used in constipation meds. I one time accidentally ate too many sugar free haribo gummies and I was puking and ******** my brains out. I ended puking up all my lasagna into the tub next to the toilet while simultaneously spewing out the back end. I feel you. I call them “Caribbean Draino”
