That type joking is disrespectful, at the very least. Does he joke like that frequently? Do you fire back an equivalent zinger? Sometimes manipulative people use things like that too keep their SO off-balance and self-doubting. Only you can say if this type of thing is funny or hurtful to you, and from there take appropriate steps.
