Once, I had the same haircut and color as my aunt (by blood) and her husband (my uncle by marriage) came up behind me, leaned down and kissed the side of my neck. We were all SO embarrassed. But you know what? We got over it. This too shall pass, OP. lol

I actually think I feel worse for your dad than for you. That probably sounds ignorant but my dad stopped hugging and wrestling because I grew things and was mortified when anyone even discussed the fact that I was growing into a woman. I would probably just act like it hadn't happened so that he doesn't feel embarrassed to be around you. as for you since you are clearly certain it was an accident I'm sorry for your embarrassment as well I know that I would have been the same in your place.
