Ok I know this one is old but I have to say it. When you dine and dash your not hurting the business your hurting your server. my best friend is a waiter and when someone dines and dashes at one of his tables it comes out of HIS money.

I seriously hate people like this, I've worked in restaurants and people did this, I don't get a tip which I need to pay bills and school loans and I get yelled at my boss and have to do extra dirty work in the back :(
