Today, my wife shouted at me for never doing anything for her, which is a brave claim to make while her unemployed ass sits in the house I pay for, enjoying the Netflix I pay for, and the car I pay for so she can drive to Starbucks and use my money to buy £8 coffees for six friends at once. FML

Why do some man thinking giving money is the same as creating emotional bound? Paying is not doing, especially not something you do as a couple. Start worrying when she no longer cares about your attention or wanting to spend time with you. And with that attitude it might not take long...

He goes to work for 8 hours a day so she can live this life. That means he gets up in the morning, commutes, works along colleagues he hates, in a job that's not his dream, tolerates stressful customers, screaming bosses... Oh, and he also tolerates that his wife does NOT work. What he does for her? He gives her 8 hours of free time every day. This isn't about money. This is about him doing all and her doing nothing.

but what do you DO for her? you pay for the house and Netflix but what do you DO? do you take her out? make her breakfast? rub her feet? listen to her vent? more to a relationship than $))
