She may not be calling you fat. Asian people are naturally smaller. I'm an American size 8 and in Japan I couldn't even fit into an extra large.
Would you have preferred it if she didn't have your size? Wearing a larger size doesn't mean there's anything wrong with you.
Well if you're fat it's your own fault.

well, atleast she's honest and doesn't want to sell you something that won't fit on..instead of lying to you.. but you being unhappy with that then i guess you should work on that and stop complaining!!
