Today, I was talking to a customer and I actually fell asleep for a couple of seconds. I can honestly say she wouldn't stop talking and didn't even notice me snoring. FML

I used to go into micro sleep while talking to customers. I once missed an entire 4 minute section of a customers rant about their bill.

I wouldn't call this an FML Sounds like you got incredibly lucky for them to not notice you you could likely have been fired.
