Today, I got glared down at work for leaving 30min earlier than normal since I worked straight through lunch, hadn't eaten and was obviously starving. The ones who glared? Those who have a smoke break every hour for 10-15min, a 30min smoke break after lunch, and gossip for 40% of their work day.

Companies need to do away with smoke breaks. Or at least make them clock out when they take them. They don't deserve any special treatment for their poor life choices.

Develop a smoking habit just without the smoking bit. Ignore these idiots. And yeah it’s a bit of a dick move but taking higher to make it a fairer workplace is an option.

I hate working with smokers. I used to work with one that would gloat about it like it was some great thing I was missing out on. You stink, your teeth look terrible, whats to be so happy about?
