I'd probably see wat ur friend has to say first. then ask ur wife. see if their stories match at all. but sorry to say, it probably fell out while she was getting pounded hard missionary style.

take a pic of your friends face, make it a mask & put it on with your wife in the back seat. When she asks what you're doing tell her you're trying to return her earring were she lost it as the person she lost it with then hand her the divorce papers.
well since you know they can both sit in the back seat maybe it's tine to see if they can both fit in the trunk.

Don't jump to conclusions. There may be a perfectly innocent reason it was there. Maybe she loaned the earrings to a friend? Maybe a group of you were in the car and she rode in the backseat?
