Today, I was in McDonald's with some friends. When I got up to the register to order, the guy there appeared startled by me, and said, "Whoa, you're really pretty." No one has ever said anything like that to me before. When I told my friends, they laughed and said, "Wow. He must have been drunk." FML

Today, I was at McDonald's. I bumped into a guy, and as I was helping him pick up his food, I realized he was cute. I began smiling and I was about to introduce myself, when he began laughing and said, "It's you! I've heard about you!" He left laughing. I still don't know who he is, or what made him laugh. FML

You know what? Just take in the good things in life, and forget the mean things people do or say. If you see it the other way, you could be submitting and entry on GMH that a random stranger complimented you, totally out of the blue, by saying you looked good when all your friends made fun of you. There surely must be something pretty about you that he saw and your friends missed. Everyone is pretty - in their own special way.
