Show yourself!

Today, I told an employee to turn her camera on during a meeting when she worked remote. Since she refused to turn it on, I questioned the veracity of whether she was actually working at home, so I threatened to take disciplinary action. She responded by filing a complaint to HR. FML

Let her report you to HR. She doesn’t have a case. I bet you 9 out of 10 she wasn’t even working from home let, alone at all by refusing to turn on her camera. If she was, she wouldn’t have shown resistance in the first place. You know what they say “A clear conscience fears no accusation.” This is why they should get rid of remote work altogether. People slack off and don’t even work. The SCAMdemic is over, time to go back to work and stop being lazy people smh
