This is fake. Companies that have executive officers also have a Board of Directors. Hiring and terminating executive officers is the responsibility of the Board; it would not be subject to a company vote. Founders can definitely be fired from their own companies if they don't have a controlling share of equity.

If he fires everyone, who will do the work of the company? Yeah. Firing everyone is definitely a brilliant idea.

I say that you need to fire your staff members who would do that and hire family cause if they fire you you can yell at them for hours at a time and piss them off and say it's cause you fired me
