Today, I'm finally recovering from surgery to fix my severe underbite, which included breaking my upper and lower jaw, forcing my teeth to line up properly, then pinning them until the bone healed. My wife can’t mentally cope, because I no longer look like the man she loves. She wants a divorce. FML

She is in pain and probably doesn't want to be bothered or laughed at. in a few days when the pain subsides she may find it as funny as you do. I have no suggestion as to what to do until then because I laugh at inappropriate times too, including funerals.
