Does the other girl know? This makes a big difference. If she's unaware, than let her know. Chances are, if he's cheating on you, he'll cheat on her too. Warn her. Break up with him. Both of you make sure he knows how much of an asshat he is. If she does know, than.... I don't even know. Something evil. Don't poke holes in the condoms though. I have a feeling they wouldn't be very responsible parents, and I don't like making babies suffer.
