Not if you're careful about what you give them. Turkey is not going to hurt a dog. In fact, it's actually closer to their natural diet than regular dog food.

That's usually true for scraps, but a piece of fresh clean food won't hurt the dog. Plus Iv'e seen dogs eat disgusting thing long a dead squirrel. Turkey won't hurt it.
