Sucks, I've been there, too. It was bull. But maybe something else is driving your boss to push at you like so. That's what happened to me, she ended up trying to fire me for made up reasons twice so I finally just left on my own. :/ hope things get better, op
here's a thing you can try. clock in and out at the correct times. this means not early and not late. this one's on you.
I feels you
We had to clock in and clock out at my old job and if you swiped your card too late or too early it has to be changed in the computer. Signing out once it 3 everyone clocked out, if you took too long and it went to like 3:02 it would show up in the comp that you were doing overtime and had to be changed.
I hate the ridiculousness of the time clock. I understand at times it protects both employer and employee but this has gone too far. And 30 min is not a healthy meal break. It is scarfing down some food
I'm in high school and our lunch breaks our worse. We have 25 minute lunch breaks but the lines are so terrible that when we all get our food we only have 10 minutes to eat. I would rather have the 30 minutes. Then again looks like our school is getting us use to work lunches.
You should talk with your supervisor. ask how early is acceptable to clock back in. Sorry you have to deal with this op!
Here's an idea: show up on time.

Try and be right on time is the only advice I can offer.
Jeez, is he trying to keep the office in lockdown or something?
