Today, my cat is extremely sick and has trouble grooming himself. As evidenced by his butt. He laid on me for a while and it wasn't until a few minutes after he got off that I realized he had stained my pants. That also explains why my chair suddenly looks so nasty, and why my room smells horrible. FML

Today, I tried to give my cat a bath after he got into the attic and got covered in all sorts of shit. Halfway through, he freaked out, jumped out of the tub, and ran around the house dripping wet. He then hid under my bed, and I had to practically dismantle it to get him out. Now my bedroom smells like wet fur and broken trust. FML

Today, my cat was in the bathroom with me because he loves toilets. Everyone was sleeping so I went pee but didnt flush. My cat jumped onto the seat and fell in. I had to lift him out and then wash him. He hates water though, so I was scratched by my cat who was dripping with my own pee. FML

Today, my cat had a long dingleberry hanging off his butt. He decided the best way to get rid of it was to freak out and run around the house, shaking shit everywhere. To make it worse, he then licked his still shit covered butt, made a face and promptly threw up. Guess my cat isn’t the brightest. FML

Today, like any other day I struggled to put my boots on, went to pee and noticed my pants were covered in what looked like a green dust. I touched it, sniffed it, and it smelled utterly horrendous. So I took my boots off again only to find that one of my cats had took a dump in one of them. FML

Please consult a vet about your cat. If it's something that can be aided with medication then both your environment and your cat will thank you. If it can't be helped and will only get worse, then you'll know what to look out for when you need to decide when your cat's time to cross the rainbow bridge is.

As mentioned before, you should see the vet. This could very well be from the kidneys beginning to struggle. There are various things that can be done to help get your cat back to health and extend it for quite some time. Your pet deserves a good quality of life and you deserve a poop free home.

My cat's kidneys have begun to struggle and his butt doesn't stink. Those cat's kidneys are frolicking in the terminal zone. Maybe the poor kitty also has arthritis, which means he cannot reach his butt anymore. Anyway, time for the vet and the damp washcloth. Lots of love.
