Because they get on FML, start reading, and think "I've got a great comment. Let me finish reading these .... awe crap, 107 comments!!!!!". They scroll to the end and enter their comment before they forget what it is. Or maybe they just hate when perdix or pendatik beat them to the punch line, so they add it at the end and hope that no one notices What? It can't be just me that does this!!!
