Life is hard. It's always been hard, and the "state of the world right now" is in many respects easier than it's ever been. It's harder with an emotional eggshell skull. Mom and Dad won't be able to protect you from adult responsibilities forever. You may want to take on that problem soon.
You have to put yourself in a bigger pot to grow. Force yourself to get used to a new environment. go to a city. yes your worst fear LOL and overcome it. You're not growing if it's comfortable
My sympathy to you. As one, & brother to one, who can drive & talk, life is not without fears, challenges & frustrations. I can only listen & imagine the additional emotional weight of having fewer privileges of nature & circumstance. It's good that you've identified & named some of your challenges. Perhaps there is a medical &/or social intervention to address your anxiety issue. Know that you are not alone. I encourage you to seek out understanding community & assistance. We all need it. People with whom you can already comfortably function can help.
