Too challenging for you?

Today, I was met with a flurry of complaints after my “disgusting” speech during my child’s career day at school. I’m a labor and delivery nurse, and my use of words like “fetus, breast, cesarean, etc.” was too much for the kids. I never even mentioned sex or genitals, and they’re in the 6th grade. FML

Today, as I opened my diary to write a new entry, I noticed that every page had little side notes about what I had written. It had an extra long note on the page where I wrote about losing my virginity in great detail. All of the notes ended with "Love, Mom." FML

Today, we all got together and showed Dad, with evidence from our ring doorbell and our phone recordings, that I’m the only one he shouts at, yet with everyone else he controls his temper perfectly. The end result? He sent everyone out so he could yell at me about violating his privacy. FML

I apologized but now she's making me pay money for something I didn't do, and I'm seriously considering a restraining order. FML

Today, it was my first day at my new high school. I put on a tiny bit of makeup, just some mascara, to feel more confident. I got in the car and my mom started yelling about how horrible my makeup is, basically calls me a slut for wearing it, and makes me take it off. I ended up crying in the bathroom on my first day.
