Today, my friend and I wanted to get some alcohol (we're under 21). We went to a liquor store and asked a random guy to go in and buy us some vodka. After giving him $20, he said he had to go turn off his car, then he'd get us the drinks. He got in his car and drove off, with my $20. FML

Although, it sucks that you didn't get alcohol and you're out 20 bucks, you should know that not everyone can/should be trusted. Ask your parents to buy for you or come to Canada; you could've been drinking last year if you lived here ;)

cheap vodka? depends where the OP is. here in australia, a bottle of good vodka is around $40, so if OP is in the states, that's a little more than half of $40, so $20. i dunno, it seems to work out to me, haha.
