Today, my friend and I wanted to get some alcohol (we're under 21). We went to a liquor store and asked a random guy to go in and buy us some vodka. After giving him $20, he said he had to go turn off his car, then he'd get us the drinks. He got in his car and drove off, with my $20. FML

Today, when I went to the gas station to buy beer, some underage punk outside asked me to buy him booze. I told him to get bent, but the dumbass cashier had seen me talking to him, and refused to let me buy alcohol because, "This is obviously a sting." FML

Today, my friends and I went out for drinks. I'm the only one who's actually 21 or over, and they have fake IDs. Not only was I the only one to be carded, the bartender thought that my actual ID was fake. I got kicked out while my friends kept drinking. FML

This isn't a FML. I'm 32 and I'd do the same exact thing if some dumb asses came up to me with money asking for me to purchase liquor and/or alcohol.

YDI. And the fact that you're stupid enough to give $20 to some random person is proof enough that you shouldn't be drinking (I think common sense is more important than age when someone is going to drink, tbh).
