Today, my family was on a packed train trying to get to our hotel. Once we got off, we realized someone had undone a zipper and lifted off a Velcro strap and stole €200. We didn't notice until we got off the train. FML

Today, I had to listen to my mom and grandma talk about their bladder issues in very great detail, including how my grandma has to hold up her stomach to empty it entirely. They told me to leave if it was uncomfortable. Good idea, but why don't you just not talk about that around other people? FML

Today, I realized how bad my feelings of inadequacy compared to other women and jealousy are when I started thumbing down songs on Pandora simply because the cover art had a better looking woman than me on it. FML

Today, my iPad is too old to use. It often shows me a white screen or “loading” when I use it to surf the internet. The apps in the device close suddenly by themselves several times. Siri sometimes gives me an answer, but my parents aren’t going to solve these problems… FML

Today, I was listening to music, talking to a boy I like on MSN. He asked if I could share the song I was listening to, so I did. It wasn't until I had shared and fully transferred it did I realise it was actually the fake radio show I record on my own, in a phoney Australian accent. All 6 minutes of it. FML
