Today, I finished working on the complex and intricately-designed puzzle cube I've been working on for six months. When I went to put it together, I realized I forgot how to solve it. It turns out, several of the puzzle pieces aren't correctly made, and I now have to remake the entire puzzle. FML

Today, my boyfriend has covered his windows in heavy-duty garbage bags, all the while complaining that his apartment has no view. In our old place, which did have a view, he always kept the blinds closed and never opened the windows more than 2 centimeters. FML

Today, I saw some really nice dining room chairs sitting out on the curb waiting for the garbage man. I went to the door to ask the owners why they were throwing them out. They told me it was because they had just bought new furniture. While I was talking to the owner, somebody else picked them up. FML
