Today, while I was at work, I heard one of my employees laughing on the phone. I told him to shut up and get back to work. Turns out he was actually crying because his father had just died. FML

People like you are the reason that good employees leave their jobs. Number one reason that people quit their jobs is a bad supervisor, or manager. For all you know, a laughing employee could be laughing at a joke s customer is making. Don't jump to conclusions. You deserve it. **** yer employees life for not only losing their parent, but also getting yelled at by their shit boss.
