Today, while driving along the busy highway, a Husky was jumping around happily in the tray of his owners utility vehicle. I told my 4yo son to look up and see the gorgeous happy doggy... just in time for it to fall off the back, onto the road and roll under our car with a splatter and a thud. FML

This is awful! So many people always wear a seatbelt but never once think about restraining their fur baby. Even in the cab of a vehicle going slow, suddenly slamming on the brakes can kill an animal that isn’t restrained.

Today, feeling social, I went to a bar. During a trip to the dimly lit restroom, I fixed my makeup, and carefully penciling my sparse eyebrows. After an evening of meeting new people, I went home.
