you should have just said no, they arent allowed to force you and it wasnt a tracfic stop so they probably would have moved on to someone else.
hey dumbasses this was posted in us .08 is the legal limit above .08 is illegal
I really hope you used a lot of mouthwash and not actually being drunk either way YDI
Note that it was at 7:00am. It could easily be mouthwash.
ProTip: Don't drink while still in high school, you moron.
Well hey, the official number for being drunk is a .08, so you're not doing too bad. It depends on the type of breath analyzer they used as well. Mouthwash and pre-existent alcohols in your body can all give you a higher number on these breath analyzing tests. A cop will most likely judge your sobriety through tests before reading your alcohol levels for this reason. So, you know, this doesn't mean that op was automatically just drunk at school at 7:00 AM.
It could be because of mouthwash.
I'd be drinking too if I had to go to an assembly at 7pm
lol I use to go to school baked. and noone ever knew. that and I was an A student even baked.
it probably was mouth wash since they have alcohol

um..what were you doing drunk at school??? ydi
That's ridiculous-- you can't say yes because then they'll know you're drunk, and you can't say no because then they'll know you're drunk. Sucks.
