bright side? there havent been any news stories about people committing suicide over him leaving the group like there were when Michael Jackson died.
Girls are cutting themselves. They were doing the same thing when Bieber was seen smoking weed. I'm not a One Direction fan but I commend Zayn for taking his mental health into account and knowing that leaving is best for his.
*him.
If only Bieber would leave.
This... Yes.
It's fine to be sad that your favorite band or actor or whatever leaves. What isn't okay is to turn to cutting or suicidal threats. Also, if your sadness is inhibiting your daily functioning to the point that you can't get out of bed, go to work, or be at school, that's also a red flag of a possible deeper problems. Unhealthy attachments to celebrities are not good at any age. And this unhealthy attachment to singers is not new to our era. Just look at how many people still insist that Elvis is alive because of how much they loved him.
You have got to be kidding me!
This isn't really funny. Some people care about them. I personally hate them, but to see my friend have a panic attack yesterday when she found out, really hit me. It's not something to joke about.
Your friend needs to get a life. It's not like she actually knew them personally.
A plane crashed in the French Alps killing everyone on board including kids. But let's morn the fact that a young man wants to live his life and start a new chapter because obsessed fans can't handle it. Makes sense to me.
The IS is terrorizing europe and killing innocent people in syria! But **** this shit some stranger doesn't want to sing anymore boohoo
Actually, she's met them twice. And she has a life. Jerk
Obviously since she met them twice they must be best friends now. I hope she can talk Zayn out of this for the sake of all the other grief stricken women.
59/184 - if thats true and youre not exagerating then your friend is ****** in the head.
I agree with 202. Meeting someone doesn't mean knowing them personally.
Don't think of it as "**** your life", think of it as "**** their lives", since they choose to be morons just because some guy left a band, and they also choose to use that as an excuse to miss out on their education. I really hate people like that. I say the school should've just let them leave, they'll eventually learn that some guy leaving a band isn't an excuse to skip school.
It was tragic when dimebag got shot.
I came to FML today wondering if there would be any Zayn Malik-related stories. I was not disappointed. I'm glad I graduated high school before One Direction even existed. That said, I'd be lying if I said I didn't feel for One Direction fans right now. I was a huge NSYNC fan back in the day and was crushed when Justin Timberlake put out his first solo album. There was no official breakup announcement, but I just knew that was the end of NSYNC.
Oh I fear for the future of America...
I had a final exam the day after Clive Burr (former Iron Maiden drummer) died. It was pretty tough. Be glad Zayn just left/went on hiatus. There are worse things in life.
I found out Randy Rhoads died 3 hours before the make-up date for a midterm.

no wonder the whole world thinks America is full of idiots.
They were headed in One Direction... To failure.
