Some people just refuse to be wrong. Better to save your breath for someone who acknowledges you're correct.

You can't convince a crazy person that they're wrong. Look at all the millions of fools who picked up a 2,000-year-old book and said "That's real. I completely believe everything that happened in this book, and anyone who disagrees with me will spend eternity in Hell."

Today, my sister answered texts from my girlfriend as though she was me. My girlfriend was glad we had a real heart to heart, even if it was just texts, while I was busy at work. I have no idea what they talked about and I’m too cowardly to break her heart by telling her it was my sister. FML

Today, in an effort to try and be closer to my girlfriend's son, I bought him an expensive Xbox game I know he desperately wanted so we could play it together. He was excited, until he realised that I that paid for it. He snapped the disc and threw the pieces in the bin. At least I tried. FML
