Today, my family and I are driving down to France and it's going to take 4 hours. If that wasn't bad enough, my mum decides that she is going to listen to the CD my sister bought her for Christmas on repeat for the whole journey. It's Lady Gaga. FML

i really have on opinion on lady gaga, but i feel like the whole purpose of the fml was just to rag on lady gaga. honestly, nobody cares who the OP likes or dislikes, so stop begging for attention. also, you can use an ipod, cd player, whatever to block out the noise and listen to whatever you want. so yeah...get over it.

That's what iPods (or any other mp3 player) is for...so you don't have to listen to their music.

The overproduced gimmick-y crap that Lady Gaga vomits out whenever she opens her mouth is not "music" Mozart = music Beethoven = music Johnny Cash = Music Santana = music music involves actual talent.

i think johnny cash sucks, does that make him untalented? just because you don't like something doesn't mean they don't have talent. i don't really like lady gaga that much, but she can sing well. i just think she's kind of fake. i dislike a lot of music, but that doesn't make any of them untalented, it's my opinion. you don't get to choose which people have talent based off of what you like.

My opinion of lady gaga is unimportant (a fact which people seem to be forgetting for themselves as well, as it's more a matter of listening to the music over and over which, no matter who it is, gets annoying eventually), and, despite the fact that the original purpose of this post appears to be to bash her, that's your perogative. HOWEVER: You're going to France. LIGHTEN THE **** UP! It's FRANCE! I mean, come ON! You're going to go to this amazing center of culture and art (and surrendering :D) and all you can do is complain about Lady Gaga? You deserve every one of those four hours if all you can do it complain about music the whole way.
