Congrat... nvm.
What you did is fine. Clearly he didn't like her. It's not like you came on to him... He came on to you, because he likes you. But he can't accept that. You're not a bad person for helping him cheat - he's a bad person for cheating. Now you both have to deal with what happened. Hopefully, he'll come to his senses.
all boys want is sex . cod . sleep & food .
maybe try not hooking up with someone who is 1 taken or 2 drunk???? seriously your own fault
That's heartbreaking, OP. I'm sorry that happened. The pain of hoping for someone you love to share your feelings, believing for a while that they do, and then losing that sense of completion is terrible. It's never smart to hook up with someone (especially a close friend) who's involved with someone else, but I understand thinking it's your only chance. I also understand thinking that...him being drunk wasn't what you wanted it to be, but that it was only while he was drunk he could be open and honest with you. You deserved a little of it, but you have my compassion.

so he's in denial and he cheated? sucks for everyone
If you knew about his girlfriend, this is absolutely a YDI. If you didn't, you're still dumb for believing a single word a drunk man tells you. So, YDI again.
