Today, I found out I was pregnant. When I told my boyfriend that I couldn't believe this happened he said, "I'm not going to lie, I didn't always pull out fast." FML

Ok......alot of you guys are seriously just dicks about all of this....ok me and my partner dont use a condom and we do the pull out method and we've done this for a month and we dont have a baby yet.....ok so it the pullout method can be effective.....and all you people that said it isnt effective go eff off cause it is effective and your just an idiot.

I won't say ydi because its not just you who's screwed by this, a kid shouldn't be brought into the world because of this. But it was stupid to think pulling out is a reliable method. Seriously. If I were in your shoes personally I'd get an abortion and dump the bf - it wouldn't suprise me if he did it on purpose.

I find it sad that in this day and age, people still believe "pulling out" to be a viable option for birth control. And you may think it's you that will suffer, but you would be wrong. If you have this child, he/she will be the one to suffer. Perhaps all of you, including poster #318, should take a sex education class, read some pamphlets, and educate yourselves. You'd be doing the world a favour.

YDI for being a dumbass. Even if your boyfriend did pull out "fast enough" you can still easily get pregnant if you're not using any contraception.

sorry to hear that you are pregnant. or congratulations. whatever. accidents happen, and remember that you have options. think about it long and hard, and make the decision that is best for you. don't let anyone else sway your decision. remember, what ever you decide, YOU are the one that has to live with the consequences of that decision whether it be parenting, giving up your baby, or having an abortion. good luck. best wishes.

oh, honey... pulling out is only about 70% effective. You HAVE to take oral contraceptives if you're not gonna use condoms. But your boyfriend is a dick. It sucks that you apparently didn't know better, but what he did was irresponsible, because he made your pull-out method go from 70% effective to about 40% effective.
