This is an FML because he already has the applicable pics, isn't it? That sucks. Learn as much as you can about administration of the site and then sabotage it. I could probably help. :-P

I'm kinda surprised in reading all of these comments that no one suggested having some photographs of him in your back pocket just as a little extra defense. Or is that what all the moderated comments are about? No, seriously... regardless of legality/illegality, you do have to question the integrity of this person. And as far as if he has pictures of you naked, so what really, if it happens, life will soon enough go on in easily survivable fashion. Everyone has a body, but way too many people get all hung up about it. Don't empower him to have control over you. Stand up for yourself firmly though. If you need to, explain to him how you really feel about the website, and especially how you would feel about the leveraging that it applies to your relationship with him. It is seemingly interfering with the trust in the relationship - that's needs addressing quickly. However, extra sweet would be having this conversation in documentable form though. Like, for example, if he emails you that he promises not to use any photos of you this way forever, and then does anyway, then the issue is breach of contract regardless of other legal issues and you'll be holding the evidence.
