I can't win

Today, I hate my body. If I eat anything at all, even a piece of fruit, I get terrible stomach cramps, and yet if I go too long without eating, I get gassy diarrhoea. FML

Or just talk to your gastro-enterologist, period. If you don't have any, get a referral from your GP.

are you fructose intolerant? my husband is (apples, pears, onions, grapes etc all send him to the ground with cramps for hours)

That happened to me when I was younger. Initially diagnosed as IBS, later as Hashimoto’s thyroiditis. Get your levels chrcked
