Today, despite knowing that I should never trust "Doctor Google" I was doing some research into what I could do about my spinal stenosis and the labral tear. I'm now seriously confused because working on my hip could hurt my back, but focusing just on my back might cause my right side to deteriorate. FML

A laminectomy and discectomy helped me a lot. So did RF ablation and for at least my neck and shoulder, a steroid shot into the disc itself. These issues suck. And you will want to talk to a pain and spine specialist if anyone and start with least invasive to most. I’m trying to avoid the most invasive as that also involves pins and rods. But these did in fact help other areas of my back which you may want to look into.
