Confidently incorrect

Today, my boss yelled at me for ruining the report she was supposed to write with my "terrible spelling and grammar". I've checked it thoroughly, and all of her 'corrections' are wrong. She doesn’t believe me, and is refusing to look at a dictionary. FML

How do people like that become bosses? It seems like the people with kindergarten educations get the best jobs and everyone else has to go to university for multiple years just to start of at the bottom of the food chain in their job.

The boss is always right Haha. I'd have recorded all the mistakes so that when someone else points them out and the boss tries to blame you for the embarrassing mistakes you can just show you were right all along :-)
