There are a lot of comments about the op being shallow, but she's probably just concerned about the genetics in his family and worried his mouth may end up the same. I don't care how much you love someone, you still wouldn't want their teeth to fall out!

No, you wouldn't but that changes your whole perspective on someone? That still makes it shallow. If she cares for him it shouldn't matter. Everyone when they're older is going to lose some hair, gain weight or something that changes them.
