Bonjour, je suis l'auteur de la VDM (je n'avais pas encore crée de compte au moment de l’écrire). Je précise quelques petites choses : je sais pertinemment que la sauce au soja sucrée : CAY LE MAL. C'est précisément la raison pour laquelle j'ai demande de mettre une marque sur une des deux sauces. Je pouvais en effet les gouter, mais vu que j'aime vraiment (mais alors vraiment) pas la sucrée... J'ajoute également qu'effectivement, je sais que la gastronomie japonaise ne propose normalement pas de sauce sucrée. Cela n’empêche pas le resto d'en fournir, cependant. Le resto s'adapte a la clientèle, c'est normal. Cela ne m’empêchera pas de revenir chez eux car leurs produits sont frais, délicieux, et parfaitement propres a la consommation. En ce qui concerne le coefficient de viscosité des deux sauces, ben la j'ai appris quelque chose. Je ferais ca la prochaine fois. J'ajoute que j'ai aussi lu la VDM citée, mais que je l'avais oubliée quand j'ai ecrite celle la. Une dernière chose : la VDM n'est pas due a : "Oh, non, je ne sais pas quelle est la sauce salée, vite, mon câble Ethernet et mon tabouret !", mais plutôt "Ah, les nouilles, c'est vrai qu'avec un S sur l'une des sauces, je risque bien de les différentier".
