Today, while mowing the lawn, I was attacked by an underground hornet nest. I now have many stings, two scared dogs, and a mower still running outside. The hornets are swarming it and some are sitting on the lever, as if to turn it off. It's like they know. FML

you make them sound like evil genius', also I hope your stings get better, try holding some folded kitchen towel soaked in cold water on them.

Ok well you should have a safer mower like one that turns off when you let go of it. But FYL indeed

Cats are awesome, the **** are you talking about?

Ouch. I can understand your pain. I was once attacked by something that looked truly prehistoric (and was about twice the size of any hornet I've seen). Worse, it was on a friend's firing range, while I was out setting targets. For a few seconds, I thought I had been shot. If you want to get rid of them, I suggest diesel fuel or gasoline to the nest. If it doesn't drown them, light the suckers. Then run. Really fast.

It's a simple solution - Plug it off..

What lawn mower gets plugged in?

Today, I went to school only to find my boyfriend kissing another girl. He then said he was checking for a temperature? FML

Is because he doesn't have much experience. We all know he should check the temperature with his hand much lower below the belly :)))

This made my day. Sorry you got stung though.

Don't lawn mowers turn off if you get off?

Only if you leave the "safety features" connected. I personally never have, they're way to much of a pain in the ass. Lol

way to give darwin a hand! (or maybe just some fingers/toes.)

It'll run out of gas at some point. Don't bother turning it off
