Today, while checking and cleaning out my email inbox I found an email, over a year old, offering me my dream job at a dream location in Florida. If I saw that email, in time, my life would not have been the mess it is today. FML

oh that's a hard one! in truth you don't know how your life might have turned out had you gone. There are many different choices in life. I don't think you missed your one shot at something. I think they're are always opportunities out there and of you miss one, you don't know what might have happened, might have ended up worse, but I think there are other opportunities too.

Today, I decided it would be pretty amusing to press the "Like" button on everyone's status on Facebook without reading them just to get on peoples' nerves. After re-reading them later, I found out one of them said "I MISS YOU SOO MUCH GRANDMOM. RIP". I liked that her grandmother died. FML

Today, l remembered the second time my then-future-wife and I had sex; she soundly feel asleep during the act. According to her, this was because she felt so comfortable with me. Well my friends, she has increasingly got more comfortable with me in the past 20 years. Very, very comfortable. FML

Today, my son tried my year great-grandad's 90 year-old whiskey, didn’t like it, and poured it all down the sink. When I confronted him, he confidently told me it was nasty and must have expired, so he did me a favour and poured it away and washed the bottle. I had to walk away and remind myself I love him. FML
