As a high school teacher myself, this is EXACTLY why I tell the students I won't friend them until after they graduate. It is too much of a liability. Plus, we are NOT their 'friends.' YDI, you should know better.

Where does OP write that she is a teacher? I read it as her being a student, and the creepy kid a fellow student in her English classes. I do agree with your point, though.

I agree with OscarEcho. Us students also refer to it as "my English class" too. Plus her being a student makes way more sense to me. Nonetheless, still agreed on your argument.

#90 is right. Students say "My (insert subject here) class" to refer to the classes they go to all the time. Much simpler than saying "The (insert subject here) that I go to"
