Pretty sure that you've dodged a bullet. I honestly don't get how other women can be like this - if you celebrate TINY milestones (millimeter-stones?) then they all become worthless. Also (about to get pedantic, fair warning) the "anni" of "anniversary" means year, it's impossible to have a three week anniversary, unless it's a celebration a year after three weeks of something (awkward wording, wow). Basically... 6 month-iversary is acceptable, and from there it should be yearly. That's why it's an anniversary.
