Content almost refused by staff

Today, my father crashed into my car while it was parked behind his, he doesn't have insurance & refused to pay for damages because he insists i'm stupid since i parked in his blindspot.FML

Even though he's your family that could cost a lot of money so you may want to take some legal actions against him

There's no such thing as "parking in a blind spot." As you walk to your car, you should check for that stuff. Even when driving, blind spot is not a legal defense. The driver responsible for their own turns and movements. Especially in your case where your car was stationary.
