Today, in a rape trial, the President of my country admitted to having unprotected sex with a women he knew had HIV. He said he took a shower afterwards and washed 'very well' so he wasn't scared he contracted the disease. And you complain about your President?

HIV being transmitted through sex is actually a VERY rare occurrence. You're more likely to get it through using contaminated needles.
