Content almost refused by staff

Today, I woke up at 3am, sobbing from a nightmare and struggling to breathe. I cried out to my stepdad, begging him to call an ambulance. He ignored me until I passed out from lack of oxygen. FML

You need to go to a doctor ASAP. If the reason you passed out was indeed hypoxia, you could have brain damage. Either ask your mom to take you to an emergency clinic or to get an emergency appointment with your GP, or get to an ER if you have to walk there. The fact it could get your PoS step father in trouble is a bonus. A REALLY good bonus, but still just a bonus.
