Today, I was told I've been flagged for getting too many pain meds and am being cut off from the doctors who've been writing the prescriptions. The reason for the meds is because I have a painful bowel condition they can't figure out how to properly treat. FML

Pain pills cause severe constipation and may not be helping your issue.

maybe it's a good thing you're cut off from them. now you can go find a doctor that can actually help you instead of writing you prescriptions that don't help the real problem at hand.

My boyfriend is having a similar problem. The doctors also aren't sure what the problem is. Are you by any chance diabetic?

I know exactly how you feel OP. The same thing happened to me when I was going through getting diagnosed with my chronic pain disease. My best advice is to find a doctor who will listen and do not give up hope. I know it can be hard. I was red flagged at many hospitals as a drug seeker when really I was just in severe pain. I really hope your able to find something that help. If you need any more advice or just to talk feel free to message me. I really hope you get treatment soon.
