Today, I was screaming at my neighbor to shut his dog up. After 30 minutes of bellowing, he yelled back that it was my dog that was barking. He was right. FML

Shouting at anyone for 30 minutes is a nuisance in itself, never mind the noise any dog might be making. I feel bad for your dog mostly. It probably thought it was having a conversation with you.
