Today, I was patiently sitting in the turning lane to turn left. That was until I was hit head on by a guy going over the speed limit because he was late for work and tried skipping traffic. According to the cop its "legal". He got away with it. I'm left with a ticket and 3000 bucks of damage. FML

You should still report the accident to your insurance company. Even without being ticketed, the guy who hit you was at fault. There should be a police report available in a few days with the other driver's information. Let your insurance company do the rest. Good luck to you!

Today, in a rush to squeeze out of a particularly tight parking spot, I made a hurried 12-point turn. Just to make sure I had enough room behind, I hopped out of my car. It was still in reverse. I managed to wreck my own car without even sitting in it. FML

Today, my father is living with me because he's broke, but sometimes he has temper tantrums and calls me a son of a bitch. I can't stand to be name-called when I support him 1000%, and then we got into a violent physical fight. We both end up hurt, so I want to kick him out of my house, but I can't because he won't leave. FML
