Today, I was offered a great job and immediately accepted the opportunity. On my way home my car broke down. It is beyond repair leaving me with no transportation to and from work. I now have to quit. FML

Or get a train if they're available. Buy a cheap scooter, get a bicycle if the place of work isn't too far. There are so many solutions to this shitty problem.

Sucks your car broke, but that's no reason to quit. Then you'll never make money to fix your car or get a new one, & will continue to refuse jobs that are farther than walking distance (which I'm assuming is basically all of them).

There are other ways to get to work without your own car. A bus, train, a lift or even a rental car.

Dude just uber it or use lyft until you have the money for repairs. At the least, use one to get to the nearest bus stop and bus as close as you can to work. Finding a job is hard, and you did it. Keep it and use the payment to get your car fixed, don't doom yourself.
